Ron Jon (World People Records - CA)

Ron Jon is a dj and up and coming producer from Ottawa Canada. He has been producing since 2007 and made his first release on World People records.

Ron Jon has been spinning psytrance since 2000. His sets have been described as high energy, deep and psychedelic. His highly influenced by the music he spins record labels such as Wildthings, Bom Shanka, Peak records, World People Pirates, Looney Moon and Parvati.

He has been actively playing events in Canada and sending dancefloor’s into complete madness. Earning a reputation as a highly sought after dj with a powerful stage presence.

He regularly played and helped organize a weekly night at a club called Mavericks and also at cafe Nostlagica before that. These nights respectively went for about two years each. This gave him the opportunity to hone his skills and play a variety of different styles of psytrance in order to find out which were the best fit for him.

He has helped organize several parties in the Ottawa area with Prism code and Oya collective but has since taken a break from promotion and focused on music production.

He prefers a more psychedelic non cheesy style of psytrance. His music sounds like a fusion of psytrance, full on and twilight. Blasting not too dark, uplifting, groovy and intelligent


OM OLAK (Fractaltribe / Radial Engine Tribe, CT)

Having been in the electronic music scene for over two decades, Kalomo Jordan can be considered a catalyst in connecting likeminded individuals, expanding mind states through his visual and audio art. Starting his career through dance, he began his music collection in 1993 upon acquiring his first pair of turntables. The rest is history. A pioneer on the forefront of the electronic music scene in CT, Kalomo Jordan is the co-founder of Awake Productions, doing event production and playing shows all over the East Coast with artists such as Soulslinger, Liquidsky, Zulu Nation, TC Izlam, Dara and Odi, as well as Mubali and Ajja on the psy side of things. His styles have evolved and expanded into DJing and producing bass driven psychedelic trance, down tempo and chill out, especially upon his affiliation with the loved and respected production team Fractaltribe out of MA. Kalomo is also associated with Threshold Sound, www.thresholdsound.com, a group of DJs and producers with sounds stemming from jungle, drum and bass, dubstep and others.

As a visionary artist, Kalomo molds his visual artwork through his experiences with the human psyche, and his concepts on perception of this world, with science fiction and “futuristic Egyptian” influences. His connection to other realms shows through the information and languages transmitted through his art, focusing on the emotion of “love”, bringing clean and pure images as well as a calm and secure mind state to all those who experience his work.
